Boil the chicken breasts until cooked in salted water, then cool and cut into small cubes.
Transfer them to the salad bowl and add the canned pineapple (without the liquid), pre-pouring the pieces with lemon juice. Follow the corn kernels and mix the products. Season the salad with salt and pepper, stir again and garnish with fresh green spices.
To make a meat-fruit salad, you can use fresh pineapple instead of canned.
