How To Cook Chicken Salad With Canned Corn And Pineapple - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken salad with canned corn and pineapple". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2-3 pieces of chicken breast
  • canned pineapple to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 200 grams of canned corn
  • green spices of your choice (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream for flavoring


Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked in salted water, then cool and cut into small cubes.

Transfer them to the salad bowl and add the canned pineapple (without the liquid), pre-pouring the pieces with lemon juice. Follow the corn kernels and mix the products. Season the salad with salt and pepper, stir again and garnish with fresh green spices.

To make a meat-fruit salad, you can use fresh pineapple instead of canned.
