How To Cook Chicken Salad With Kiwi, Olives And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

1 chicken fillet
2 kiwis
1/2 bunch lettuce
handful pitted olives
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, pour soy sauce over them and let stand for 15 minutes. Then bake until done in a dry pan. The meat becomes juicy with a delicate taste.

 

Peel a kiwi and cut it into small pieces.

 

Olives - in circles, and lettuce leaves wash, dry and chop with your hands. Cover the bottom of a suitable plate with them.

 

Chicken pieces, kiwi and olives. Season the salad with olive sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
