Required products :
400 grams of boiled chicken (without skin)
200 grams of roasted almond leaves
2-3 medium-sized potatoes
sour cream to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes whole and without peeling in salted water. Then peel and cut into small cubes.
Peel a squash, grate it and cook until tender, then chop finely.
Mix the prepared products in a suitable bowl, season with sour cream to taste and sprinkle with roasted almond leaves.
The salad is ready to serve.
