Crispy cabbage salad with satay chicken and spicy creamy peanut sauce.

Method of preparation :
the chicken:
Mix lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, fish sauce and red pepper in a bowl. Put the chicken in the prepared marinade for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat the grill and roast the meat on both sides, then transfer it to a board and cut into chunks.
* You can string the chicken on skewers and bake it on the grill.
peanut sauce:
Stir in the peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and hot pepper until smooth. Pour the sauce into four small boxes, close with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
salad:
Cut the vegetables and mix in a large bowl, then divide the salad into four boxes, garnish each with chicken and 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Serve the dish warm or chilled, drizzled with peanut sauce.
