Required products :

500 grams chicken fillet
1/2 teaspoon milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken fillet and grind it with a food processor.

 

Add to the minced meat the yolk (slightly beaten) of the egg, flour, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Stir and pour in the milk. Then add the cream and mix again until smooth.

 

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

 

Add to the minced meat and mix gently.

 

Pour the resulting combination into a suitable form (if it is not silicone, lubricate the bottom with oil).

 

Sprinkle with paprika.

 

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until an irresistible crust forms.
