How To Cook Chicken Soup With Beans, Sweet Potatoes And Croutons - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of boiled white beans
  • 2 liters of chicken broth
  • 500 grams of chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3-4 peeled and diced sweet potatoes
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 10 grams of butter
  • garlic powder
  • 50 grams of chopped celery
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

Pour two liters of water into a saucepan, salt it and add the chicken. Boil it, strain it and set aside the broth, and chop the meat finely. Pour the liquid into another bowl, add grated carrots, pour the beans and potatoes, stir and put the chicken.

Season with black pepper and chopped celery. Let the soup simmer until the vegetables are ready, during which time spread butter on the slices of bread and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Bake them in the oven or in a dry pan on both sides. Cool and cut into cubes. When ready, pour the soup into bowls and garnish with sour cream and croutons. Serve and eat with appetite.
