Required products :

  • 500 - 700 grams of chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 4 - 5 grains of black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3-4 pickles
  • 2 - 3 potatoes
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100 grams of rice

 

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, put it in 2-3 liters of boiling water. Remove the foam, add one onion, peeled and whole, black peppercorns and bay leaf. Let everything boil until the meat is ready. When this happens, remove it from the broth, cut into small pieces and return to the dish.

Cut the sour beauties into straws and fry in vegetable oil together with the other chopped onion. Towards the end of cooking, add the tomato puree.

Wash the rice, put it in the soup, first removing the whole onion. After 3 minutes, add the peeled and diced potatoes and cucumbers with onions. Leave the soup on the stove until the products are ready (about 15 minutes). Add salt to taste and serve with sour cream.
