Flood the beans with cold water overnight. Saturate the onion and garlic, turn the tomatoes into small cubes.
Crush the cumin and chili pepper. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the onion, chopped cabbage and garlic.
Add the legs (in pieces), pour the crushed spices and pour the tomato juice.
Then pour the rice, add the tomato pieces and beans. Once the mixture boils, season, stir and simmer for about 30 minutes.
