How To Cook Chicken With Garlic And Onion In Milk Sauce With Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken with garlic and onion in milk sauce with dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg of chicken (you can use all parts of the chicken)
3 onions
10 cloves garlic
150 milliliters of milk
10 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon
dill sugar to taste
allspice, salt and other spices of your choice
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles.

Fry it in a little oil and remove from the pan.

Cut the chicken into portions (in this case, legs whose skin has been removed are used).

Fry them in the same fat in which you cooked onions. Add it to the meat when a golden brown crust forms on the surface of the latter.

While the products are frying, dissolve the flour in the milk and beat well so that no lumps remain.

Pour the mixture into the bowl with the chicken, add the cream, sugar, garlic cloves, salt and spices to taste. Add a little water so that the sauce almost completely covers the meat.

Stir and let the dish simmer until ready under a lid (about 30 minutes). Stir periodically.

Add the dill towards the end of cooking and a few minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

You can serve with boiled rice.

An option is to make the dish as a soup, just use more water and cut the meat into smaller pieces.

Enjoy your meal!
