Required products :

  • 4 raw sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 upper chicken legs
  • 200 grams of sweet peppers cleaned of seeds
  • 1 small head of red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 head yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian spice mix
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Method of preparation :

Fry the sausage until browned - I about 3 minutes on each side in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. During baking, pierce the sausage in several places to separate some of the fat from it. Transfer to a plate and wait for it to cool enough to cut it into pieces.

Make 2 incisions in the thighs on the side of the skin.

Cut the pepper into large pieces, add the two types of onions and potatoes. Add to them the legs, the sausage (along with the juices separated during cutting). Season with salt, pepper and Italian spices. Drizzle with olive oil.

Stir by hand to grease all products well.

Transfer to a large pan and arrange the chicken skin side up.

Bake until ready for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
