Necessary products:

 

  • 450 grams of chickpeas
  • 2 fresh cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
  • salt, olive oil and vinegar to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, heat it, pour the chickpeas and boil it. Strain, cool and place in a bowl. Add cucumbers, onions and dill.

Add salt and olive oil and vinegar to taste. Stir and cool. Serve the salad cold with a drink of your choice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
