How To Cook Chocolate Biscuits With Hazelnuts Without Flour - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons raw hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 90 grams of dark chocolate, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Wait for them to cool briefly and transfer them to a clean cotton cloth.
  • Wrap and rub with your hands to peel.
  • Add the hazelnuts to the blender and puree for 10 minutes until creamy.
  • Add the butter and turn on the blender for another 1 minute.
  • Let the hazelnut oil stand for a few minutes and add the sugar, vanilla extract, egg and egg yolk. Mash to a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the dough to a large bowl, add the cocoa and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Finally add the pieces of dark chocolate and stir again.
  • Use 2 tablespoons of the dough to form biscuits of approximately the same size.
  • Distribute them in the pan and bake for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow the hazelnut biscuits to cool completely before serving.
