How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Cottage Cheese Without Baking - Recipe

Required products :

450 grams of cottage cheese
450 grams of sour cream or homemade yogurt
1/2 teaspoon fresh milk
20 grams of gelatin
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
pinch of vanilla


Method of preparation :

Pour the gelatin with the hot milk and wait for the mixture to swell.
Grind the curd and add the sugar, cream, vanilla and gelatin mixture. Beat everything thoroughly and divide into two equal parts. Put the cocoa in one.

In a suitable form, first pour the white combination and store the container in the refrigerator compartment so that the layer can harden. When this happens, spread the cocoa mixture on it and place in the refrigerator.

The cake is ready. You can decorate with nuts or fruits of your choice.
