Required products :
- 50 grams of chocolate
- 500 milliliters of fresh milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- vanilla sugar to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into an aluminum container, add the finely chopped chocolate and place on the hob. Stir all the time so as not to burn the liquid.
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the granulated sugar and gradually add to the chocolate milk (do not stop stirring).
Heat the mixture without letting it boil, then pour into suitable cups.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer, gradually adding the powdered sugar together with the vanilla.
Spread the resulting foam on the chocolate liquid.
The finished drink can be served as a dessert.
An option is to garnish with cookies.
