How To Cook Chocolate Medallions With Orange Peel And Nuts - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of dark chocolate (you can also prepare with white)
candied orange peel to taste
20 hazelnuts
20 almonds
20 raisins

 

  • you can use seeds, other nuts and dried fruits of your choice and taste (papaya, mango, pineapple, figs, cranberries ...)

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, breaking it into pieces first. When most of them have melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

Using a pastry syringe, form "medallions" on a sheet of parchment. Spread the nuts, pieces of candied peel and raisins on the surface of the chocolate. Refrigerate for a while, then you can serve the dessert.
