Learn how to cook "Chocolate mousse with avocado and oranges". Delicious recipe.

Prepare a healthy chocolate mousse, without sugar, but with honey, useful and very tasty with Christmas aroma and citrus orange flavor.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of dates (pitted)
  • 2 soft avocados
  • 1/3 tea cup of cocoa
  • finely chopped pistachios and cocoa beans

for orange:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 grains of cardamom, crushed
  • 3 whole cloves

Method of preparation :

Soak the dates for 10 minutes in hot water, drain them and cut them into large pieces.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then squeeze the juice from the resulting pieces by hand. Transfer them, together with the resulting juice, to a pan, and set the stove to medium. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and 2 teaspoons of water. Bring to a boil and reduce the temperature. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the syrup thickens and reduces. Strain it and leave it to cool. Save the orange pieces, if any, after cooking.

Grind the avocado with the cocoa, dates and orange syrup until creamy.

Pour the mousse into tall glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

Serve the chocolate mousse by sprinkling with nuts and orange slices.
