Required products :

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon liquid cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100 grams liquid chocolate
4 tablespoons butter

strawberries or other fresh fruits of your choice

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into small pieces, put them in a suitable container, pour the cream and add the sugar. Place on a hot plate at a moderate temperature and stir thoroughly, not allowing the combination to boil.
The sugar and chocolate should melt completely.

Beat the eggs with a fork, mix them with half of the chocolate sauce.

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. When the foam is removed, add 1/4 of the egg mixture and bake an omelet.
In the same way, make 3 more servings.

Serve stuffed with fresh fruit and pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the dish.
