Required products :

  • 700 milliliters of cream (10% fat)
  • 170 grams of chocolate with 70% cocoa content
  • 30 grams of gelatin
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar (or a teaspoon of vanilla essence)
  • piece of white chocolate for decoration
  • ground walnuts for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with lukewarm water and leave for a while. In a separate bowl, pour the cream, add the sugar and vanilla essence, put the mixture on low heat until it boils, stirring all the time until the sugar dissolves. Then remove from the heat, add the finely grated chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate combination over the gelatin and mix again until smooth. Distribute the cream in cups or bowls and allow to cool to room temperature. When this happens, cover the dishes with foil and store in the chamber for a few hours. The dessert should harden completely.

Be sure to sprinkle with grated white chocolate and ground walnuts.
