How To Cook Chocolate Smoothie With Almond Milk, Oatmeal And Chia - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chocolate smoothie with almond milk, oatmeal and chia". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 15 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200 milliliters of almond milk
  • 20 grams of fine oatmeal
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana
  • 6 almonds
  • 5 grams of chia seeds
  • 20 milliliters of cold water

Method of preparation:

  • Mix the almond milk and dark chocolate in a suitable heat-resistant container, which is then placed on a water bath on the hob until the chocolate has melted.
  • Pour 1/5 of the chocolate mixture into a blender and add oatmeal, almonds, chia seeds, banana and water.
  • Mash at high speed until the seeds and nuts are completely homogenized.
  • While the other products are mashing, heat the chocolate mixture a little more without getting hot.
  • Pour the pureed mixture into a suitable glass and top up with the warmed chocolate milk.
  • You could leave a small portion of oatmeal and chocolate for decoration, but keep in mind that it will be difficult to drink with a straw.
  • The chocolate smoothie is ready to be served. And don't forget to do it with a lot of love :)
