Necessary products:
25 ml of Irish whiskey
30 ml amaretto
30 g of melted chocolate
5 g of cane sugar
30 ml whipped cream
60 ml of espresso coffee
grated chocolate for garnish
Method of preparation:
Mix the whiskey and sugar in the glass in which you will serve the drink and caramelize, stirring with a bar spoon. After about half a minute, add a mixture of melted chocolate and amaretto to the caramelized whiskey. Fill the cup with freshly brewed espresso. Put the whipped cream on top. Sprinkle the cocktail with grated chocolate and enjoy its taste and aroma.
