Necessary products

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1⁄3 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1⁄3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed

 

Method of preparation

Mix the milk, sugar and cocoa in a pan. Heat them to a high temperature until they boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until the peanut butter is completely melted. Add the oatmeal and wheat germ and mix well again.

From the prepared mixture, form small balls with a spoon and arrange them in a wide bowl. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
