Learn how to cook "Coconut candies with dried fruit and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 100 grams of cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon coconut shavings
Method of preparation :
Boil dried apricots and raisins in hot water. Then mix them in a blender, add the cottage cheese and honey, mix.
With wet hands, form small candies, which you roll in coconut shavings.
