Required products :

  • 400 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 200 milliliters of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream (30% fat)
  • 30 grams of coconut shavings
  • 150 milliliters of white rum

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the two milks (coconut and condensed) in a saucepan, add the coconut shavings, stir and put the pan on low heat. Once the combination boils, remove from the heat.

Pour the rum into the hot liquid and wait for it to cool. Then transfer the punch to a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
