Required products :
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 4 teaspoons fresh milk
- 1/3 tea cup (80 grams) hot chocolate (soluble powder)
- crushed chocolate for serving
Method of preparation :
Fill the coffee with 160 milliliters of water. Stir to dissolve the coffee. Add 120 milliliters of cold water and distribute the mixture between 12 ice cubes and freeze.
Put the milk in a saucepan and heat slightly - no more than 40 degrees. Add the soluble hot chocolate. Remove from the heat and stir to dissolve the chocolate.
Put a few cubes of frozen coffee in cups and pour the milk. Sprinkle with chocolate or whipped cream and serve.
