Necessary products:

  • 4 onions
  • 1-2 red peppers
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams of soft tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 coriander leaves
  • frying oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 70 milliliters of red wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  •  

Method of preparation:

 

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onion cut into crescents. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and saturate the tomatoes and add the vegetables to the mixture.

Season with hot peppers, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Pour the red wine and stew the vegetables for 10-15 minutes. Five, ten minutes before removing the dish from the stove, beat the eggs and cover.
