Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Fry the bacon in a pan with a fireproof handle and a diameter of 25 centimeters. Remove from the pan and dry the fat with a towel, keeping 2 tablespoons of it.
Beat both types of flour with baking powder and salt. In another, mix the eggs, buttermilk, garlic and basil. Add to eggs and tomatoes. Transfer to the flour and stir.
Finally, put the olives and pour into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes until dry, then cool.
For the butter, mix the soft butter with a mixer to make it fluffy. Add olive oil and all spices to it.
Serve the butter with the corn salted cake.
