Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese and peach ice cream with bananas and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 150 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
- 5 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 2 bananas
- 1 peach (can be replaced with pear, nectarine or berry)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method of preparation :
Mix the cottage cheese with the yoghurt, add the bananas, sweeten with honey and beat the products (use a blender).
Then in the resulting cream pour pieces of peach (or other fruit) and distribute the combination in suitable molds. Freeze in the freezer for 3 hours.
