500 grams skim cottage cheese
3 eggs
30 grams parmesan
5 tablespoons semolina
5-6 dried tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
small bunch coriander
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
flour
salt and other spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with the curd and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy.

Pour the baking powder and semolina over the curd and mix well.

Roll the sliced ​​sun-dried tomatoes in flour and then add to the resulting combination.

Followed by chopped coriander, salt, pepper, two teaspoons of olive oil and garlic.

Then add the thoroughly beaten egg whites, it is good to put a little of them and use a wooden spoon for this purpose.

Grease a deep pan with the remaining fat, in which evenly distribute the mixture. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Then remove the casserole, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and return the dish back to the oven for another 10 minutes to redden the coating.

Do not remove the pan immediately, let it stand for about 20 minutes in an open half but switched off oven.
