Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese pate with bacon and olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
50 grams of grated parmesan
100 grams of bacon
450 grams of cottage cheese
2 egg whites
parsley stalk optional
200 grams of pitted olives
oil to lubricate the dish
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Beat the cottage cheese with the egg whites and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Distribute the resulting mixture in suitable baking tins, which you have previously greased with oil. Level the surface with a spatula immersed in water.
Cut the bacon into small pieces, wash the parsley and tear off only the petals.
Arrange the olives and the pieces of bacon on the curd and press them lightly so that they sink a little into the curd.
Sprinkle with parsley leaves (if you choose to use) and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.
You can serve the dish both hot and cold.
