How To Cook Cottage Cheese Pate With Eggs And Pickles - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • melted cheese
  • 80 grams of mayonnaise
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 5-6 peppers (not hot)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 100 grams of cheese (white brined)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 pickles
  • dill
  • parsley
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 150 grams of cooked sausage (low fat)
  • left

Method of preparation:

Bake, clean and chop the peppers. Mix the cottage cheese with the grated melted cheese, egg yolks and brined cheese. Add the chopped egg whites, pickles and sausage, and then all the other ingredients. Add salt if necessary, add dill, parsley and mix well.

The pate is ready. Enjoy!
