Required products :

  • 180 grams of unsalted butter, softened
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

 

  • Beat the butter with the sugar in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the vanilla extract. Stir.
  • Gradually add them to the oil mixture and stir again.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt on top. Mix and knead a smooth dough.
  • Divide it into two equal parts, lightly flatten with your palms and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Cool the butter dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bottom of a large pan with oil.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 4-5 millimeters.
  • Use molds to cut the cookies and distribute them in the pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool briefly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
