Required products :
500 grams of cod fillet
4 potato
oil for frying
1 tea cup flour
1 egg
1 tea cup beer
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces, rinse with cold water and dry. Pour a little oil, season with ground black pepper and stir.
Place the dish in the oven for 5 minutes at 150 degrees, then increase the temperature to 180 and leave the potatoes in the oven for another 12 minutes.
An option is to fry them instead of baking. Add salt to taste.
Mix the beer and flour (if you need to make more mixture, the beer-flour ratio is 1: 1). Add the yolk and stir.
Beat the egg whites until stiff foamy and gradually add it to the beer batter.
Cut the cod into medium pieces, add salt, dip in the resulting mixture and fry or bake until golden.
Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.
