Required products :

Method of preparation :

Prepare a large plate or tray with 8 separate layers of kitchen paper.

Wait a while to drain, then gently pull out the top layer of paper so that you roll the onion over the bottom. Wait a few seconds and do the same with the next one, and so on. until the onion no longer leaves almost any grease on the paper.

Allow to cool to room temperature, after which it can be stored for up to 3 months in a tightly closed container.
