Necessary products:

 

  • a pound and a half of carrots
  • 5 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 grams of semolina
  • 50 grams of finely ground cornflakes
  • 3 egg yolks
  • salt, pepper and cumin
  • olive oil or frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel a squash, grate it and add the milk and butter. Stir, pour the semolina, cornflakes and put the mixture in a saucepan.

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it. Cool, add the yolks, season with salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and shape the meatballs.

Fry them in hot fat, drain and serve warm with a garnish of your choice. Optionally, make a milk sauce with garlic and dill.
