Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 100 milliliters of beer
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 150 milliliters of warm water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 3 heads of old onions
  • 10 figs
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese
  • 100 grams of chopped black olives
  • 50 grams of fresh arugula leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 30 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast and mix. Pour olive oil, beer, water and make a dough.

 

Leave it to rise, divide it into parts and roll out the countertops. Punch them with a fork and set aside.

 

Heat the butter and caramelize the onion. Add salt and cool.

 

Spread it on the tops, add the shredded cheese, chopped olives and figs and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

 

Cool, arrange the arugula leaves, cut and serve.
