Required products :
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil a
pinch of ground black pepper a
pinch of salt
1.5 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon honey
200 grams sour cream (non-acidic and with a fat content of about 15%)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Method of preparation :
Mix rapeseed oil and vinegar in a suitable bowl.
Add the cream.
Next is the honey, which is better to be liquid. If using hardened, warm it up a bit first.
It's time for the curry, which is not too hot, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper (or to taste).
Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The sauce is ready. It is a suitable addition to salads of fresh vegetables, meat dishes and poultry.
