Method of preparation :
Mix the flour and cocoa, baking powder and salt. Separately combine the two types of sugar, chocolate paste and soft butter.
Beat the egg with the vanilla and combine all the products.
Fill donut tins with the resulting dough, which should take up 3/4 of their volume. Bake them for 7-9 minutes in the oven.
When ready, let cool and carefully using a sharp knife remove from the molds. Wait for it to cool completely.
Meanwhile, make the glaze.
Mix powdered sugar with milk and chocolate paste. Add vanilla extract or vanilla and cover the surface of the donuts with the delicious cream.
You can sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
