Necessary products

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 grams of cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare 8 muffin tins.

Take a large bowl and beat the eggs in it. Add the ham, peppers and onions and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute the mixture in muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Serve the finished muffins while still warm. Enjoy!
