Required products :

6 eggs

100 grams of chicken liver

100 grams of butter

50 milliliters of meat broth (or juice that is released when frying meat)

2 tomatoes

tomato sauce

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Heat the butter in a suitable pan, add the chicken livers and fry lightly. Then pour a little meat broth, pour the finely chopped tomatoes, stir and transfer the mixture to a greased pan.

Beat the eggs and pour over the livers. Put the dish in the oven and let it cook until the products are ready.

Serve with tomato sauce.
