How To Cook Eggs With Salmon And Peas - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 2/3 tea cup of cooking cream - of course
  • 100 grams of salmon
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 8 eggs

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and sprinkle with flour 4 individual fireproof dishes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the leeks until soft. Add the peas and lemon zest.

Distribute the mixture between the prepared dishes, cover with cream.

Put salmon fillets on top, sprinkle with thyme and beat 2 eggs in each portion.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the eggs are ready.

When you take the dish out of the oven, season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with a few thyme leaves and consume warm.
