Required products :
4 round breads / cakes
4 eggs
200 grams of sausage of your choice
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 pickle
salt to taste
milk
Method of preparation :
Cut off the top of the loaves.
Carefully remove the inside.
Finely chop the sausage and pickles, grate the cheese.
Before filling the loaves, moisten them with fresh milk.
Put the sausage on the bottom of the bowls first,
followed by grated yellow cheese,
cucumbers
and eggs on top. Add a little salt.
Arrange the finished bread in a pan and place in the oven for about 20 minutes until the yolk is firm.
