Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon boiled bulgur
  • 1/2 cup boiled wheat
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 1-2 tablespoons of melted honey
  • olive oil and salt to taste
  • 250 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 grams of crushed blue cheese
  • 2-3 sprigs of dill
 

Method of preparation:


In a bowl, mix the wheat, bulgur, walnuts, crescent red onion, spinach leaves. Season with chopped dill, salt, olive oil, add honey and stir. Serve the salad cold, garnished with shredded blue cheese.
