How To Cook Fast Bread Pizza With Mushrooms, Bacon And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

1 whole white bread

200 grams of chicken fillet (breast)

100 grams of smoked bacon

1/2 cup fresh milk (or cream)

1 fresh tomato

onion if desired

100 - 150 grams of yellow cheese

spices to taste

mayonnaise to spread as desired

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the top crust of the bread, carve the soft part, leaving about 1 - 1.5 centimeters to the crust.

Crush half of the inside and pour the milk, and the remaining amount can be stored in the refrigerator to use for breading in the future.

Cut the fillet into small pieces, season with salt, pepper or chicken spices, sprinkle with a little vegetable oil. Fry together with bacon, mushrooms, you can add finely chopped onions, if desired.

Leave the finished mixture to cool and pour it over the bread with the milk.

Fill the bread with this filling, arrange tomato circles on the surface. Spread with mayonnaise if desired.

Put the bread in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and return for another 3 - 5 minutes.
