Required products :
2 liters of water
3 potatoes
1 canned sprat in tomato sauce
1 / 2-1 tea cup rice
1 onion
1 carrot
1 bay leaf
parsley
spices
Method of preparation :
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes (about a centimeter). Grate carrots, finely chop onions.
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, place on the stove and add the vegetables, rice, spices to taste, bay leaf.
Let everything boil until the rice is ready. Then put the fish together with the tomato sauce and leave the soup on the fire for another 5 minutes, stirring during this time.
