Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 grams of fish of your choice
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the fish and potatoes separately without salting them. Clean the fish from the bones and skin, then grind with a blender or mincer.
Mash the potatoes and mix with the fish. Add finely chopped onion and parsley, stir. Gradually add the eggs and season to taste.
Use 2 tablespoons dipped in water to scoop out the resulting mixture and shape the bites. Put them in hot oil and let them fry until golden.
