How To Cook Fish Meatballs With Curry, Lemon Juice And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of white fish fillet, cut in bulk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tea cup rice flour / or corn /
  • 4-6 tablespoons oil

For garnish :

  • sweet chili sauce
  • fresh parsley
  • slices of lime

Method of preparation :

 

  • Blend the fish fillets, red curry paste, parsley, soy sauce, lemon juice and egg.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the flour and stir.
  • Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and form a meatball about 1 cm thick using a spoon.
  • Make 4-5 meatballs and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding fat to the pan when needed.
  • Serve the fish meatballs, garnished with sweet chili sauce, fresh parsley and slices of lime.
