Required products :

850 grams of fish of your choice

750 grams of potatoes

2 - 3 tablespoons grated yellow cheese

For the sauce:

1 - 2 tablespoons flour

100 grams of fresh mushrooms or 30 grams of dried

Method of preparation

Make the sauce first. Wash the mushrooms, boil them in salted water, which then drain. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry them together in the oil. Put the butter on the stove, add the flour and dissolve, pouring the mushroom broth. Let everything boil for 10-15 minutes. Then pour the mushrooms, add salt to taste, cream, wait for the mixture to boil and remove from heat.

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water and cut into large pieces.

Cut the fish into portions, scald with boiling water, season with salt and pepper.

Grease a pan with grease and arrange the fish, potatoes around it and pour the mushroom sauce over everything. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and place the dish in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Before serving, pour mushroom sauce with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
