  • onion
  • carrots
  • yellow and red pepper
  • tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • tomato paste
  • cooking cream
  • spices
  • parsley, dill

Method of preparation :

Cut the fish into portions, season with salt, pepper and other spices as desired. Cut zucchini, carrots and peppers into large pieces, onions - into circles, tomatoes - into two (if large - into four parts).

Put the vegetables on the bottom of a pot (or use pots), arrange the fish on them, which you roll in flour beforehand.

Make a sauce by adding 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and spices to taste to 1 teaspoon of cream. Stir and pour the contents of the pot with the combination. The fish should be covered with the sauce.
