Necessary products:
- 300 grams of flour
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 10 grams of sugar
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 100 milliliters of beer
- frying oil
- 250 grams of yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 5 grams of vanilla powder
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, salt and vanilla. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the yoghurt, beer, honey, sugar and mix until smooth. Combine the mixtures and make a dough. Let him rest for an hour.
Roll out and cut shapes of your choice. Heat more fat and fry the buns.
Drain them, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm. Optionally garnish with honey or jam of your choice.
