Required products :
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 tea cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
About the topping :
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- powdered sugar
- fresh fruit
Method of preparation :
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan / suitable for oven / or a round baking dish with a diameter of 23 centimeters.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of melted butter and stir.
- Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour the pancake batter into the pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
- Garnish the pancake with fresh fruit and serve.
